It was hot. There's not much else to say about my long run this morning. I got a late start to the run (9:15am) and it was HOT! Mathis and I pushed on, but have I mentioned that it was really hot? Because it was hot. And now I'm sitting in the cool air conditioning drinking chocolate milk. :)
