Recovery Walk/Run

My legs weren't sore at all from yesterday's run -- guess it was pretty slow -- but I still decided to take it a little easy tonight.  It felt great to run in the evening.  I love this time in the summer as the sun is setting.  The air is slightly cooler, but the glow of the day is still there.
