These three words were the subject line of an email I received from Runner's World. And that's exactly what I decided to do today. While I originally planned to run, I quickly realized I needed to relax and recharge a bit for Saturday's race. Once you've hit race week, there's nothing better to do than rest and stay healthy. I'll do one final run tomorrow with my GYRO ladies, and relax the rest of the week.
