There were 6 girls at GYRO today!!! I love this time to meet up and run with friends. I am so blessed to have friends who enjoy running. :) It was warm today, but I actually enjoyed it. I got to run with my new shoes, and I really love them. Still a little sore from yesterday's long run... looking forward to my rest day tomorrow.
