Today my legs felt pretty heavy. They haven't been sore much at all this week, but as soon as I started to run I could feel the impact of this weekend's half-marathon. I kept the pace very easy and enjoyed a nice GYRO run. Not sure of the overall time and distance, because my Garmin is still under the weather from this weekend's run in the rain. :( I'm still holding out hope that it will come back to life!!

Heavy legs suck!!! Getting out there and running after races like that, is so important even though it doesn't feel good!
