Just thought I'd update to say that I haven't been running for a number of reasons. It's only been a week, but it feels like forever! :(
I'm trying to relax about this unexpected break from running, but I'll be ready to start up again. Hopefully by Monday I'll be back at it.
In more exciting news, has anyone else seen this? I think it will be fun to track Dean! If only he was running through Southwest Virginia! ;)
