This morning was one of the weeks that Hal kicks my mileage back a bit. I still needed to run 5 miles today, and I decided to see if any GYRO girls were interested in joining me. We had a great turnout with Sarah, Ashley, and Stacie.
I wasn't feeling too hot, mostly thanks to my choice of spicy shrimp tacos last night, but we did really good. I was grateful to have the support of GYRO to keep my legs moving along. I definitely realized that I need to be more careful about my eating the night before long runs. Yet another sacrifice for 26.2! ;)
