I started my yoga class tonight, and I love it.  It's on Tuesdays and Thursdays for the next 6 weeks! :)  I'm excited to become more flexible and create stronger, tighter muscles.  It's also great for my breathing.  

It's been years since I've done a yoga class, and it feels good to be back!  Tomorrow I'll do a 4 mile run, then 2 on Thursday and then I'm resting until the highly anticipated 13.1.

I also need to go pick up some GU for the race.  After careful consideration, I have decided to go with the Orange flavored GU.  And I'm also debating about whether or not to go pick up this bag for all my race gear.  I have a 30% coupon so I'm very tempted............. :)
