Today was cold and windy so I decided to run inside on the track at the gym.  I ran for 35 minutes figuring that would be close to 3 miles for me.  I am getting sooooooooooooo excited about my race this weekend.  I am really trying hard to relax about it and take joy in however I do and however fast I run.  Eek!  My first big race and first half-marathon... cannot wait!!!!!

I only have a few more runs before I begin my rest days.  And yoga classes start up this week!! :)
