Today I met up with Sarah and Ashley to run on the Huckleberry Trail. The plan was to do 5 miles, but Sarah pushed us to 6, and I'm so glad she did!!!! The first few miles were a little tough -- they usually are for me, but running with those girls really pushes me to keep going. We stopped after 3 miles for a few minutes to stretch and then ran another 3. We talk along the way so the time goes by really fast!

Today we ran faster than Monday's run so that's really exciting!! It was cooler outside today, but it felt soooooo good during the last few miles. Sarah, Ashley and I are running a 10 mile race in about a month, so we're going to meet tomorrow to tweak our training programs a bit. The 10 mile race is about a month before my half-marathon so I should be in great shape for the half!!! :)
So blessed to have friends I can train with!
