It was so nice to only run 2 miles today! :)  On Tuesdays my training program allows me to run or cross train.  There isn't much cross training I can do here right now so I just decided to opt for a quick run.

Not much to report about today's run other than the fact that my legs are pretty sore right now.  I know it's because I haven't been running that consistently over the past few weeks.  My goal this week is to run 4 days this week and not skip any days of my training program.

On tomorrow's schedule: a 3-miler!
