My training is a little off this week, and in an attempt to log some extra miles I decided to get some running in this afternoon. But when I headed out the run turned into more of a run/walk. Nothing wrong with that, especially since I have my long run tomorrow. Even though I didn't run, it felt good to get outside and do something! It is so COLD here right now, and we could possibly get snow tonight!
