My legs feel alright, but overall I still feel pretty worn out from Saturday's run.  I'm taking another rest day today, and unfortunately tomorrow I'm booked from 6:30am until 8:30pm so I won't be doing any running on Tuesday either.

My plan is to enjoy this added day of rest, and look forward to Wednesday when I'll hit the pavement for a 5 mile hill run! :)  I've been doing lots of research of recovery right now --  foods, drinks, etc.  I've been taking a multivitamin and Glucosamine Chondroitin since starting my training, but I know I could be doing more.  What are you favorite ways to recover?
