The Cure for Mondays

I was so happy to get to run with Hannah tonight!  When you wait to run until the end of the day it's very tempting to skip out on the miles, but a running buddy will keep you accountable.  Running with a friend can also help the time go by quicker.  And I've found that running is one of the best ways to cure those Monday blues.

We did three in the 'hood, and we tackled those hills!  The weather felt great... I absolutely L-O-V-E this time of year.  Let's see if I can hit all the runs this week! :)
