Does anyone else feel entirely guilty when they miss a run on their training program? Or even just a run period? Today I didn't run. And tonight I feel so guilty! It wasn't that I was too busy... I was too lazy! I opted to take a longer nap then hit the pavement, and tonight I feel like such a sloth!
My race is Saturday, and I'm nervous. I wished that I had run today. But maybe I'll just consider my missed run today a part of the taper? Hopefully that extra sleep will make me healthier for this week! It's all about positive thinking, right?
I'll run 3 miles on Wednesday, and then I'll be good to go for Saturday's half! :)
