I've never been good about cross-training.  I like running, and that's about all I do.  But I'm going to start cross-training once a week, and this morning I worked on my Pilates at home. :)

Gracie even got in on the action...

Some of the moves were really hard, but I think it'll be really good for my core to start doing some of these exercises.  I also plan on doing the elliptical and bike for other cross-training days.  And afterwards I rewarded myself with a green monster. :)
