Tonight was the second GYRO meet-up of the week, and there were 6 of us!! Three girls came from Radford and two from Blacksburg. I ran with Jamie, Marcia and Beth who are also in grad school with me. We did four miles together and ran most of the time! I love having friends to run and walk with. It makes the miles go by so much quicker. :)
One more run tomorrow and then it's the SHAMROCK HALF-MARATHON on Sunday!!!!!
