No Soreness?

Thanks for all your sweet comments on my last post -- your encouragement really means a lot to me!  I'm exhausted and about to climb into bed, but I did log 3 miles today with some good GYRO friends and wanted to get this run "logged".  :)  I cannot believe it, but I'm not even sore at all from yesterday's run.  Thank you organic chocolate milk, CEP compression socks, and foam roller for your recovery greatness!!!
